Can I order by phone or fax?
Absolutely! Our customer care representatives are available Monday-Saturday, 10:00 am to 8:00PM PST to assist you. You may also fax your order 24 hours a day by printing a Fax Order Form. Phone Order: 714-633-4828 - Order by fax: 714-633-4760
Can I purchase items individually?
You can buy items individually in almost all cases, using the drop-down and selector boxes to simply add or remove items of your choice. Also, majority of the products are also listed individually so that you may add individual pieces to your cart. Please contact our office for specific pricing and availability if you are unable to customize your order using the drop-downs or don not see individual pieces. As manufacturers finishes vary, selecting the table from one set and chairs from another or a bed from one and nightstand from another (as example) is not recommended.
Can I ship to multiple addresses with a single order?
Sorry, but we can not deliver to multiple addresses on one order. For multiple shipping addresses, simply place a separate order for each address.
Can you send me a catalog?
Our store front and website is our catalog with a large assortment of products and new items added regularly. We have extensive furniture and mattress lines that are not on the website due to sheer volume of products. Out customer service can help you narrow your search. Please give us as much information as you can. If you know the manufacturer, the model number and name of the item(s) you are looking for, please include them. This information will help our staff get back with you quickly and with the information you need. The more information you give us, the better.

Do bedroom set include mattress as shown in picture?
Images for furniture sales are only for the specific furniture. Mattresses and all other photo illustrations are not included. Mattress Set and other pieces of furniture can be added to your order.
Do you carry other items that aren't listed on the website?
Yes. We add new products to the website on a regular basis. We have many suppliers that aren't in our website yet. We have many lines and brands coming soon to our website. If you are looking for something particular, please contact us via e-mail, phone or fax.

Do you have a store?
Yes. At http://www.1stopmattress.com we feel that seeing, touching and feeling the mattress in real life is an important part of the buying experience. Selling online is just another way for us to be more efficient which allows us to offer a much larger selection and better prices.

Does an adult need to be present at time of delivery?
All deliveries will require that an adult be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. Under no circumstances can the items be left outside of the house or apartment unattended unless your order ships with a small parcel carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely! Your Order can be completed online by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to order. The secure server will protect and scramble all of your shipping and credit card numbers with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. If you feel more comfortable you may phone or fax your order. However, placing your order online is extremely safe and secure. Your privacy and security is our number one priority.

What about furniture assembly & mattress set up ?
Some assembly is required on most items as they come delivered in boxes for your furniture's protection. Some items may not require assembly and others will require some light assembly. All parts including screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions. Typical tools that you may need include a hammer, an adjustable wrench and screwdrivers. Please see Shipping Policy for your delivery options.
Note: RTA (Ready to Assemble) furniture, bunk beds and loft beds can be quite extensive to assemble.
Why do I have to call or email for prices?
We are committed to our suppliers and we respect their marketing policies. The internet has changed the dynamics of furniture shopping, and many high-end manufacturers do not want prices shown to minimize the disruption to their valued dealer networks. As a stocking dealer as well as an online retailer, we appreciate the value these policies have in keeping a "level playing field" among all dealers. Please note that we can respond to email requests for pricing if you leave us your telephone contact information. We are unable to respond to quote requests in writing, due to these same manufacturer restrictions.
Will my item look exactly like the picture?
We make every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. Please note: We are not responsible for color variations or measurements that are slightly off (three inches or less). All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.
